Houses between 2000 and 2400 square feet:
$275 up-front or $325 at closing
Houses between 2400 and 3000 square feet:
$300 up-front or $350 at closing
Houses 3000 square feet and up:
$325 up-front or $375 at closing
Houses 2000 square feet and under:
$250 up-front or $300 at closing
Houses between 2000 and 2400 square feet:
$275 up-front or $325 at closing
Houses between 2400 and 3000 square feet:
$300 up-front or $350 at closing
Houses 3000 square feet and up:
